
Premisa Arapi
Co-founder & Executive Director
Premisa Arapi is currently a Master of Science student at the Technical University of Munich (Bioeconomy – Biotechnology specialization). She graduated among the top three students in Economics at Trakya University in 2018 and spent a semester abroad at the University of Szczecin, Poland through the Erasmus+ programme.
She also holds TU Delft certificates in “Circular Economy: An Introduction” and “Circular Economy for a Sustainable Built Environment”. Upon returning to Kosovo, Premisa worked briefly in banking before joining a local CSO.
Since 2019 she has served as Local Project Coordinator for the EU-funded “Civic-Public Partnership for Innovative Governance of Public Infrastructure” across Peja, Prizren and Mitrovica. Her civic engagement includes chairing the selection committee for the Council of Cultural Heritage of Prizren Historic Center and co-facilitating youth projects on renewable energy and smart-home prototyping supported by the Directorate of Culture, Youth and Sport.
